Hope is belief that something good will happen and when it does, there is joy. Waiting is never fun but often yeilds the good that has been hoped for.

This is another paste paper design with a great deal of movement in the curved shapes. Even the placement of the butterfly at the edge and at an angle gives the feeling of movement. However, the lettering is straight. A wise instructor called Judy Melvin taught me that when there is that much movement in the background...keep the lettering straight ranther than allowing it to follow one of the angled lines.
